Referral Terms — SoulMaple

Effective date: 2026-02-24

1. Eligibility

Referral program is available to eligible users in approved regions, subject to verification.

2. Qualified Referral

A referral counts only if:

• referred customer is new and genuine,
• no self-referral or duplicate/fake account,
• successful paid subscription is completed,
• transaction passes anti-fraud checks.

3. Attribution Window

Referral attribution is tracked through SoulMaple referral link/cookie logic. The current attribution window is up to 30 days unless campaign terms state otherwise.

4. Reward Formula

Reward rates are shown in your referral dashboard and may change prospectively. Current base setting: 30 % per qualified conversion (subject to dashboard overrides and campaign terms).

5. Follower Discount

Campaigns may include follower discounts (e.g., 20% on first payment) when configured. The active offer shown in checkout and dashboard is authoritative.

6. Hold Period

Referral earnings become payable only after hold period (14 days) to cover refund/chargeback/fraud risk.

7. Clawback and Forfeiture

If referred transaction is refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, or policy-violating, related rewards may be canceled/recovered.

8. Payout Terms

• Minimum payout threshold: 50 EUR
• Payout currency: EUR unless otherwise agreed
• Payout timing: according to approved payout request workflow and compliance checks
• Tax/invoicing documents may be required before payout

9. Prohibited Activities

No:

• self-referrals,
• fake/duplicate account generation,
• spam/deceptive promotion,
• unauthorized brand bidding,
• manipulated traffic or abusive incentives.

10. Suspension / Termination

SoulMaple may suspend/terminate referral participation and hold disputed rewards during investigation.

11. Governing Terms

These Referral Terms supplement the main Terms of Service. In conflict, Billing/Refund and anti-fraud clauses prevail for payment disputes.
