Terms of Service (SoulMaple)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of SoulMaple (the "Service"), operated by MB Amevo ("SoulMaple", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. Service overview

SoulMaple is a subscription-based digital service delivering personalized weekly insight reports (including astrology, numerology, palm-related interpretation, and summaries) based on user-provided data.

3. No professional advice

Service content is for informational/self-development purposes only and is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or investment advice.

4. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, safeguard credentials, and remain responsible for account activity.

5. User content and license

You confirm you have rights to submitted data/content. You grant SoulMaple a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it solely to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service under the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription, credits, and delivery

  • Plans, prices, and cycle lengths are shown at checkout.
  • Credits are plan-based.
  • 1 credit = 1 successfully generated/delivered weekly report.
  • Credits are consumed upon successful generation/delivery based on system logs.

7. Immediate digital service start

By accepting Terms/Billing Policy at registration and starting paid subscription, you expressly request immediate performance of the digital service. Where required by applicable law (including EU/EEA consumer law), this acknowledgment may affect withdrawal rights after performance starts.

8. Pricing, taxes, and future changes

Pricing/currency/tax treatment are shown at checkout. Future cycle prices may change with notice where required by law.

9. Auto-renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not retroactively refund consumed period, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

10. Refunds, disputes, clawback

Refund handling is governed by Billing/Subscription/Refund Policy. On refund/reversal/chargeback, SoulMaple may proportionally reverse credits, referral earnings, discounts, and related benefits.

11. Referral program

Referral participation is governed by Referral Terms and anti-abuse controls.

12. Prohibited conduct

No fraud, abuse, fake accounts, self-referrals, scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized automation, policy circumvention, or unlawful use.

13. Availability

Availability is not guaranteed. Interruptions may occur due to maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies, or force majeure.

14. Intellectual property

Service software, branding, structure, and related IP remain with SoulMaple and licensors.

15. Disclaimer and liability limits

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulMaple is not liable for indirect/incidental/special/consequential/punitive damages. Aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

This does not exclude liability where exclusion is prohibited by law (including fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, and mandatory consumer protections).

16. Suspension/termination

We may suspend/terminate access for material violations, fraud risk, legal requirements, or unresolved payment issues.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights of your habitual residence remain unaffected where applicable.

Disputes are resolved in competent courts of the Republic of Lithuania unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

19. Policy updates

We may update these Terms and related policies. Material updates will be notified where legally required.
